Terms and conditions
- Indicated prices are subject to change without prior notification
- Prices do not include taxes or freight
- All orders are subject to a $30.00 minimum
- Subject to prior arrangement, shipment of an order can be delayed to coincide with the customer’s
- Custom fabricated items, long lead items or items requiring engineering review of a total value greater than $25,000, require a 50% down payment upon order. Down payment for these items is non-refundable upon cancellation of the order
- Quantity discounts are valid throughout the year
- Sales are subject to the normal Doppelmayr terms and conditions
- Payment terms are net 30 days (subject to prior credit approval)
- Accounts not paid within 30 days of billing date will be subject to financial charges (see details on invoices)
- All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable. Special fabricated items, hydraulic parts and electrical parts are non-returnable.
- All prices are F.O.B. from warehouse
- Normally, a minimum of 2 working days is required to process a stock order. Additional time may be required between the receipt of order and the actual shipping date
- We reserve the right to correct printing errors.
